We will both be playing wildstyle sets on the tougher end of electro, breaks, bass, garage, techno, 
acid and broken tech. Atomic is on the second Saturday of every month with Arron Liberator and Thermobee as 
residents also.

I am very excited to announce the awesome Ara-U as my special guest who will be featuring several of his own exclusives and new releases in his amazing electro mix!This week my show includes a recording of my set at Party People @ The Pig in Hastings last weekend. This mix is a bit different from my usual Cosmik sounds mixes as it starts on a garage / bass tip and then moves on to electro and broken Techno. It also includes a wicked track called 'No Future' by Ara-U which was recently released on the Co Accused label.

For this 77th Premiere of 2024, we have a track by the Croatian collective "Lab Personnel" titled ‘Conveyor Belt’ from their forthcoming album "Marked For Dissasembly" on the French label managed by Letherique (@letherique) : Bella Ursa Recordings.

Lab Personnel - Marked For Dissasembly [Bella Ursa Recordings // BUR-016]

Hailing from Croatia, Lab Personnel is a musical collaboration turned collective and label between many like-minded artists such as Goran Lautar (aka Neon Lies), Jasmin Mahmić (aka Le Chocolat Noir, Fiume & more), Luka Kurjan (aka Man of Cloth), Marijan Katić, Nikola Kos (aka Ikonal) and Saša Rajković (aka Zarkoff, part of Sumerian Fleet, part of Neugrau & more). Over the years, they would occasionally meet for and record lengthy sessions of improvisational music. 'Marked for Disassembly' is their latest output.

This time, deep within the skeletal remains of an abandoned chemical processing plant, eight of their members captured the disquieting essence of a world suspended between haunting melodies and forgotten industry. Immersed in an atmosphere of palpable musical anxiety, their machines oozed up a sonic alchemy of experimental EBM where strange syncopated drums meet with eerie acid lines and gooey textures.

"Marked for Disassembly" is set to be released on Mar 20th across all digital platforms, accompanied by a beautiful UV printed cassette.

Kim Cosmik started as a DJ for free party soundsystems Spiral Tribe and Bedlam and DJs at festivals and clubs all over the U.K and Europe. She was also one of the first women to play at the ledgendary Knowledge club in London.

In 1993 Kim Cosmik formed her own label, Void Records with fellow band member Chantelle Platter in partnership with Hotmix / Bunker records in Holland where they released two singles then and were later signed to Matador / EMI releasing a further 3 singles.  

Kim Cosmik and Chantelle also created aliases, DJ Siren and Blaze, playing and releasing drum and bass with Spectrum Audio / Alphamagic and also had a track remixed by Dylan (Therapy Records). 

Kim Cosmik has played with many amazing artists such as Lory D, Leo Anibaldi, Colin Dale, Serge Clone, Aleksi Perala, Andy Turner, B12, Radioactiveman, Jumping Jack Frost, Mickey Finn, Liberator, Dave The Drummer, Syrte and many more. She has has recently played at clubs such as Fold, Electroweks, The Glove That Fits and Iklecktic in London as well as About Blank in Berlin, Shambala Festival and many regular events in Hastings where she lives. 

Kim Cosmik is currently a resident at Threads Radio, Aaja Radio and Techno Club Net online as well as her own event, Hybrid which she launched in 2019. 

Kim Cosmik releases music through her label, Cybersoul on Bandcamp as well as with a variety of labels such as Science Cult, 2020 Vision Recordings, Diffuse Reality, Touched Music, Section 27, Bass Agenda, Zwaartekracht and many more including a new album about to be released on vinyl by Reposition Records.
