This recording and the three that follow ("Small-eared Galagos", "Elephant Browsing", "Lion Echoes and Bats") are a small sampler of the sounds of the African night. They were made in Tanzania over the course of two weeks in late August and early September 2011.

In the first clip, two Lions&#8212;large black-maned pride males and brothers&#8212;roar together in Tarangire National Park, adverstising their presence to other pride members and potential rival males. These Lions were at very close range, and you can hear the detail of the gutteral rasp in the calls.

➡ Instructions : suivez le guide auditif de respiration.

➡ Technique de respiration de cohérence cardiaque (Cycle Respiratoire):
- Inspirez 5 secondes et expirez 5 secondes.
- Pour atteindre la cohérence cardiaque, vous ferez 6 cycles en 1 minute.

La séance dure 5 minutes et les bénéfices dureront 4-5 heures.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM:
“Sketches” is a fully improvised solo piano album.  Several of the songs were completely improvised during the recording process for this album and several were inspired by my “Monday Morning Improvisations” series on YouTube.  This was a very challenging album project for me and it was a lot of fun improvising and writing songs on the fly for this album.  It was also fun to relearn some of the previous improvisations and let those evolve during recording.  I hope you enjoy the music on this album as it comes from my inner well of creativity and straight from the heart.
