Swiss DJ and producer Noria Lilt completes the label’s catalogue for @strecke 's 14th issue. Heavily influenced by dance music and rave culture, Noria Lilt’s production process nevertheless tends towards acousmatic, experimental music and sound design. This EP presents the different corners of her artistic universe, in a 12’’ format as suitable for DJs as for home listening.
The duo @atricemiras and the producer & DJ @jockey_jay are also delivering two massive dubstep and stepper-influenced remixes!

Seven suites of deep and sprawling sonic meditations built around ‘call and response’ improv sessions between Randy Raine-Reusch and Michael Red.

Initially realized over the course of a few days in Randy’s instrument museum in Vancouver BC [December, 2014] 'ERAS' is made up of processed, and sometimes multi tracked, improvisations between Randy and Michael. Through these sessions Randy would choose instruments he sensed possibilities within, and Michael then revealed and sculpted these possibilities. Both resonating, sensing sonic structures, environmental nuances, and further worlds in each other’s art, all within the moment. Being present for each other, they acted on instinct, trusting a first thought, trusting each other; committing, responding to that commitment, then mutating and letting go. Always moving forward, synthesizing and letting the living moment lead the way.

The two part series COSMOGROVE compiles remix treatments of selected tracks from Varuna’s Cosmogram & Mangrove Management releases.

Pt. 1 features four reconstructed cosmograms by the hands (and minds) ((and souls)) of AWC favs & friends: Agonis and Jan Loup wander the lush gardens of Singapore’s variously de & re-naturalized (sic!) air travel hub; Hems revisits an outgrowth of contemporary petroculture and takes a trip to the remnants of Abu Dhabi’s would be post-oil model city; and Konduku goes vertical to prune Milan’s abundant concrete forest.

While the world relapses into petro-desires and indulges in fossil fuel bingeing :(((((((((, AWC remains committed to diagramming post-natural feedback loops. Stay tuned.

For their first EP on CAF?, Torchon & GANJ bring together 4 tracks recorded during live performances between 2021 and 2022. Three of the tracks were recorded during their multichannel concert at Cinéma de Bellevaux (Lausanne, CH), organized in February 2022 by the Association du Salopard. These three tracks were specially designed for this sound performance, stripping away the deepest textures of their machines, invoking mischievous creatures nestled in the transistors. As a B-side, Sharkdance is the most played track by the duo for several years, a sincere homage to the saturated, simple, and effective 303.
