Lee Renacre’s Phat Girl EP was originally released in 1996, boasting four seriously groovy techno cuts emblematic of those times. It is Lee’s first solo release and it came out on his own Format Records, which was started the same year. While back then you could probably buy it as a white label from the back of his car, you can now finally get it as a reissue.  

Physical Education is @Baldo 's new label, coming in strong with this as the first release, and one of the many upcoming must have tech house/techno classics.

Mysterious duo Nightstalker returns after an 19 year hiatus with 'Tragedies Of A High Tech World'. Ten tracks spread out over 2 heavyweight vinyl slabs, containing dark hues of acid, dreamy atmospheres, and Drexciyan influenced chord progressions of the highest order. A musical journey awaits here, traveling from themes of social programming, and controlled society on Earth to mystical High Tech planets in deep outer space and back. Heya folks,

I hope you are all getting along ok during the lockdown and Zooming your brains out on a nightly basis.

It's been a bit of a break since the last pod as my wife and I had our daughter Margot in January and so have been busy getting to know her.
I'm planning on getting a bunch more of these done in over the coming months and they should be more regular I hope.

I was joined in this episode by two comedians moonlighting as producers & DJs, Alec Falconer & Harry Wills. We run the party soon to be label Sock It To Me with Dr. Banana and have also collaborated on a bunch of tracks together.

We discussed Alec's constant house party that he is now living in, Harry's attempt to play Grand Theft Auto as a do-gooder, the much asked question of how do you finish a track? and we also played a lovely little game at the end of the pod.

We are always looking for personal and genuine works, and our sixth release was not going to be less. We are very happy to present "Entropy Ep", a three incredible original cuts by producer Yotam Aflalo and a remix of one of the finest of Liverpool, Reedale Rise. Yotam invites us to a trip through breaks and electro, where his taste for rhythm stands out. Subtle acid lines mixed with mysterious pads, along with masterfully programmed percussions are the signature of the EP. 

In B2 we find our first remix on the label, and certainly no one better than the wizard Reedale Rise. RR redesigns "Four", building on some original elements, and turning the cut into a delightful dream lucid through the classic 808 sound, bouncing bass and crystal clear keys. A solid Ep that fits in any bag of a good musiclover, for club use or home mental-pleasure. 

We are also excited to announce a collaboration with talented photographer Dan Cohen. His photos will accompany our music during our next releases, and we can't be happier for it.

Dj and producer from Budapest, Hungary recently based in Dresden.
He's playing records and organizing parties more than a decade now. Worked as an assistant club manager/night manager in Budapests well known techno club "LÄRM" and was a stage manager/host at several venues and festivals around the underground electronic music scene in Hungary. Co-founder of the event series focusing on artists from the good old techhouse/house/minimal scene called Mondays: Off beside his partner in crime Po:ti. They invited artists to Budapest like Andrew James Gustav, Sammy Dee (Perlon),  Vera (Perlon, Melliflow), Steve O'Sullivan (Mosaic), S.A.M (Mandar), Manuel Schatz (Hardworksoftdrink), Binh(TimePassages)... etc. Played at parties in the past years in Cluj Napoca, Berlin, Dresden, Stuttgart. He is working on upcoming projects with the Dresden based dj David Jach and with the Rawmantique crew founded by Rakan.

We’re Going Deep is a new label run by an old head – Paul Wise aka Placid, born out of a lifelong affair with the many shades of deep electronic music and a thirst for collecting records since 1989.

Rather than staying too hung up on the past, the label’s mission is to release new music for the dance floor, your front room or even just your headphones. If you’ve come across the We’re Going Deep forum – you’ll know all about the journey and the collective digging that goes deep into Acid, Electro, Techno, Deep House and even the odd foray into downtempo territory.

Kicking things off in style, Volume 1 is a four track ep made by four brilliant artists.
