Music for the song was initially written some years ago, though i was never quite satisfied with the lyrics. The writing session happened to happen some few weeks before the invasion of russia to Ukraine, so the looming atmosphere of upcoming terror one way or another influenced the train of thoughts i had in the studio that day. Although this song was never intended to become my debut release, its vibe and message is what I feel important to share these days.

New Life

Moonlight is the second release of and the opening track of upcoming EP by Kyiv based producer Kinero  The track is about juvenile rebellion and still immature but honest longing of a hero to find it’s own path. It describes a desire to be the different one, but is based on the lack of life experience which leads hero to unnecessary suffering and dramas, though which he gladly willing to accept. The anthem to youth, love and bravery to be yourself defying all odds.  Цей реліз значить для мене дуже багато, оскільки трек був написаний ще у 2018 році і наповнений енергією святкування життя, любові та пристрасті.  Коли я його слухаю, це нагадує мені переглядання фото зі старих архівів, що так чи інакше викликають приємні спогади, відчуття солодкої ностальгіЇ та швидкоплинності часу. І хоча ми всі дуже змінились, нам часто є чому повчитись у себе молодших, аби рефлексія минулого надихнула нас і дала сил дивитись у майбутнє. І помічати, що прямо тут і зараз навколо нас, завжди є щось неймовірно прекрасне. Тож плекаймо це!
