Based in Manchester, UK. High Demand are a duo who are fast gaining status in the Drum and Bass scene. The duo was formed in 2017 by DJ/ Producers, Andrew Jones and Harrison Davies-Ball.

High Demand are exploring the minimalistic, technical sides of Drum and Bass while incorporating their own unique style of mixing sub-genres, to create something different that is being well received in the community already.

High Demand's Resident Mix

This weeks insane mix is from non other than Exile

Encapsulating a musical background of epic proportions, Exile is beginning to gain momentum in all things drum and bass. And you can see why. Fusing sounds from a variety of past experiences; expect epic intros, screw-face synths and basslines to keep you wanting more. This is a name synonymous with impeccable quality production and versatility.
Working closely alongside veterans such as Mark XTC and Eksman, magic is being made. “Take Me Away” was the summer anthem of 2019, spending weeks on end topping the drum n bass charts. With the hype of this tune still going strong, Exile went and shook things up again, joining forces with Eksman and Spyda, this formidable trio created a smasher of a tune and a visual to match in “Disrespect”.
Exile’s work-rate appears unstoppable. In the mere two years he’s been building this brand, he’s racked up a seemingly never-ending string of releases on Serial Killaz, Technique, ProgRAM, Chronic, Dispatch and Co-Lab - and we’re barely scratching the surface! With a back catalogue of solo masterpieces and incredible reworks for drum and bass powerhouses, you won’t be disappointed in what you’ll find.

A manifestation of raw, visceral bass sonics and all the life-affirming dancefloor abandonment that comes with it, PRFCT Mandem are Jev and Aisling, a Latvian/Irish duo causing tremors from their lab in the thick of one of the healthiest drum & bass scenes in the UK: Manchester.
Breaking through on Bloc2Bloc in late 2019, their entrance into drum & bass has been as explosive as their all-style, manic melting pot DJ sets and productions.

Forget lockdown even existed and chow down on some fully-fresh produce from one of the most exciting breakthrough duos to emerge in recent D&B years, PRFCT Mandem. 
PRFCT Mandem made such an impression on the Korsakov Music bossman AL/SO when they submitted a track to the label’s recent ‘Future Stars’ collection he snapped them up for a whole EP. That EP was their hair-raising debut release ‘Formation’ back in June. 
 Now fully formed, fully refreshed and fully stocked with more sparkling gully juice, they reload with ‘HyperDrive’, their most brazen and comprehensive EP to date. The clue is in the title; this is fast lane tackle designed solely for those first big dances many of us are getting to play over the coming months.
