An example of music eating itself. A remix of John Oswalds remix of Jacksons Bad using only sounds from that remix. Oswalds remix was one of the first plunderphonic tracks - and the sound quality was pretty bad. This remix is taking the piss out of John Oswalds remix a little so it can be listened to in that context.

This track is made entirely out of recorded radio interference. I sometimes make up a story that it signifies my frustration with radio and is symbolic of the fact that i hear more interesting sounds between the majority of the stations than on them. I then go on to lie that the ending is meant to be the final destruction of mainstream radio and all it represents.

This track is made from 1 short jungle loop and explores the gray zone in between where rhythm becomes pitch.

This track was inspired and made by using the golden ratio or Fibonacci sequence of numbers to decide the basic rhythm and melody.

Schism

I'm putting these very old tracks up in the hope that it will spur me on somehow to make more music. Most of them are concept based so there's not much there for your average music lover unfortunately.
