Story Time: 
I have always loved the ever-loving shit out of the second drop synth from the Crizzly remix of this song from like 2013 and I wanted to bring back that synth into a more techno/bass house drop that I could rinse in my sets.  So if you hear that synth/build, it's definitely intentional and my sort of homage/shoutout to Crizzly and that era of trap/dubstep.  Thanks for inspiring this take on classic.

Here's a weird one!  I told myself I would never touch Dashstar, especially if I was going to try to make it heavier since there's already like a bunch of amazing techno/bass remixes.   ...but then I got the idea for this tech house remix that's a little bit more of an anti-drop so here's my twist on this modern classic.   DMX for flavor, obviously.

For my DJs out there, this one is kind of sick too because I made it as a tool from 126-130BPM in my sets, so it's useful too!  Cheers!

Guess who went back to their roots a little bit on this one?  STORY TIME: Trap was basically what got me into producing electronic music (RL Grime's HARD Summer 2015 IYKYK) and I was laying down one the other night with this Mau P stuckkkkk in my brain and out of nowhere the idea for that first drop came to me.  If you've been around long enough you'll definitely get the reference but it felt SO. DAMN. GOOD. to lead with a trap drop again.

I'll always have a place in my heart for trap and hopefully I can be a part of it's resurgence with my cool little Trap/Tech House hybrid genre I've been producing lately.  As always, scoop the free download, bump the original and support Mau P and have fun with it!
