Rap is an Organized Approach to Changing History
This title highlights what rap could be. No rapper has made money and stayed in the area that bred their lyrics. The goal of rap should be promoting and inspiring  the elevation of self to a higher ambitions. Instead of the overplayed notion that drugs, women and cars are all there is to life. I implore rappers to take responsibility for the lifestyles they glorify because of the impact it could have on an individual. The title, ROACH,  is partially indicative of some of the lyricism used in popular rap music, which contributes to the medias portrayal of African American men. The lyrics can be gross and unsuitable for the home, comparable to roaches. Despite that, the primary focus of this playlist is to show my progression in beat making by adding popular rappers to the fold. Enjoy and remember that systemic racism can be curved by being informative and standing up for others. Divided we stand, united we conquer.
