YOO!! Today is my first release of the year.

I’m very pleased and excited to say that it is with one of my favorite labels of all time: Future Sound of Egypt. Seeing this logo with my name attached to it is so surreal because when I was younger anytime saw the letters FSOE I knew it would be a banger. Now I get to say I’m part of that main label. Oh yeah, and the cover art is pink. How sick is that!!

I’d like to thank my buddies @charles_tsai_trance and @shugzmusic for listening to about 10 versions of this song (before vocals were even added) and helping me work through to the eventual final product without telling me to stfu about it. My buddy @harshilkamdarmusic for an amazing mix and master. My friend @craig_connelly for elaborating his philosophy on making melodies, good music and why it’s important. Last but certainly not least @tara_louise_b who I discovered from Craig’s prior collaborations with her. Once I heard that I knew I had to work with her. But shit, I knew she was good but she blasted so beyond my expectations I had to rub my eyes.. ears..? What I’m trying to say is I couldn’t believe it. Thank you.

My friends and colleagues have always told me how difficult it is to make it onto @fsoerecordings. However.. this development, while dramatic in itself, feels more like the natural next step in my craft that I’ve worked so hard on for the last decade.
