   Byron Butler also known as, Euro was born in Dallas, Tx at Baylor Hospital on November 11, 1987. As a child his love for music was ignited as he ensured a gateway to express himself. Euro had a very mediocre upbringing, which was reinforced by parents who banned Hip Hop from their household, due to the lack of understanding the art form, or his passion for it. But Euro’s drive was too strong to give up. Music became a part of his soul and he was determined to see his dreams come into fruition. When he was 13 yrs. old Euro’s mother gave him his first desktop computer. But little did she know that he would take this simple CPU and turn it into a home studio. Euro’s brother, Aaron Butler better known  by stage name, “Aaron B. Southern”, taught him how to incorporate his poetry, break it down with a beat into 3-16s (Bars),and amplify his originality. Soon after, the star within was unveiled. Euro fiverdly studied major artist from their stage presence on to their individual personalities. Eventually he recorded enough tracks to release a mix tape which was passed out to his classmates and local people in the neighborhood. Word eventually got out that he could rap and sing, that caused Euro’s longtime friend Dominique Ravenell, aka Mr. Blue introduced him to, “Equavious Gilkey” better known as Lil Q Da Beast. Euro and Lil Q quickly became friends both sharing a divine passion for music; Byron gave Lil Q his first microphone. It was the same computer Mic Euro recorded on for years they began collaborating on songs soon after. 
Euro studied the art of music by listening to local M.C.’s such as Denzil Chambliss aka ”M.c Astro” , Aaron B Southern, and KRS 1. Byron also gravitated towards well known lyricist like Canibus, Jay Z & Chamillionaire. Euro has performed in various clubs, sports bars and sporting events ranging from The Green Elephant, Club Side Lines on to Trinity River Sports Bar and at the North Texas Crunch Professional Indoor football games. “Music is more than just rhymes and beats it’s the voice that speaks to the streets”, Euro once said while being interviewed by a radio host from Next to Blow Radio. Turning life’s struggles and transforming them into music you can relate to is what he does best. The stage Name Euro came about after listening to one of Jay Z’s verses on the carter when Jigga said “I see Euros that’s rite plural”; It was something about the word ”Euro” Byron thought  would be a great name for him since he has dreams of making money overseas and around the world doing what he loves most. With a lot of hard work and dedication to Hip Hop Euro is one of the greatest up and coming artist coming out of his city.
