Skankandbass is dedicated towards the official promotion of record labels and artists in the world of drum & bass music. Since inception in 2010, Skankandbass has unearthed some of the freshest talents in the scene and has opened many doors for unsigned artists. We're taking you astral on this one, via the moon, stars, Mars & further beyond - pure hyperspeed vibes. For OTW034, we're delighted to welcome upcoming Brighton/Bristol don Mr McGee for his OTW debut, serving up a delectable slice of devilishness via this sweetly-struck curveball, 'Moontrap'. We'd been keeping tabs on McGee for a while and when we heard this we had no choice but to snap it up for release. This well-crafted 174 lick takes no prisoners, harnessing a killer vocal with a meaty, sub-ridden bassline, dropping in just enough gullyness to get that head bopping.
