I wrote the lyrics to this song in the face of lost a few years ago. Me and Karl tried to capture the the feeling of emptiness and hurt I felt and we wanted to make it as pure as possible. For me it is. Every time I've been in a similar situation of deceit, lost or heartbreak I've listened to this song and felt hope, it has been my own. It is my own, it is my feelings. Thank you Karl for helping me express them. This song has meant so much to me and it still does.
