Having played around the globe in clubs like RA in Vegas to Berghain Kantine in Berlin, Gene is not only a world class DJ but has also built quite a name for himself producing while living in Berlin. Working with artits like Siriusmo, Jan Driver, Jesse Rose and Oliver dollar has allowed him to expand his knowledge in the music business. Gene's first solo release in Detroit on Kolour Recordings has earned him the respect from major artists such as Laurent Garnier, Tony Humphries, and Miles Maeda while also being charted by Mark Farina, Johnny Fiasco, Giom and Nick Holder. 

As well as his solo work Gene is also known for being one half of the deep house outfit Chubby Dubz.
Chubby Dubz have released on labels such as Om Records, Appeal Music and Undertones and their unique style of house is enjoying great success throughout the world as all the major heads in house music are revelling in deep house currently. The result of this is that his music is being widely championed by everyone from Ricardo Vilalobos to Doc Martin, Luciano and Radio Slave to name a few. 
Gene’s background and origins combine all manor of influences and from that comes great house music with enough musical soul to have real longevity whilst still keeping the dance floors moving in the best clubs throughout the world.  The start of 2014 was the launch of Gene's own imprint Intent Recordings. Prizing quality over quanity and on a mission to provide music firmly amied at the dance-floor, whatever the genre.

Alex Caro & Sote De Lino have spent over 29 and 25 years respectively behind the decks, and 14 years sharing the booth—a solid testament to their journey. If there's one word that defines them, it's House. 
Loyal to the genre regardless of passing trends, they navigate its full spectrum—Deep, Tech, Minimal, Soulful, and Old School—with remarkable elegance and flawless harmony in their track selection. 
Long-time residents in some of Mallorca’s most iconic venues, they’ve played at nearly every club and beach club on the island, as well as performing regularly across Spain and abroad. They were musical ambassadors of the Pacha brand in Mallorca for over five years, and are currently residents at Social Club Mallorca. 
Since 2017, they’ve been at the helm of Esuoh, a multifaceted project that includes a record label, event series, and a radio show broadcast on stations around the world. 
As producers, they’ve released music on respected labels such as Robsoul Recordings, Mood Child, Quantize Recordings, Jackies Music, D-Vine Sounds, Stuck In Time, and more, including numerous remixes. Their tracks consistently appear in top sales charts, and their release "We Believe" was featured on Defected Records’ compilation “Sam Divine In The House.”

Martin Garrix - Animals (Original Mix) OUT NOW!

The story of King Street Sounds starts at the Paradise Garage in New York City, the iconic nightclub that birthed the soulful house music movement. Once home to the late DJ Larry Levan, the Paradise Garage has had a major influence on the career choice and artistic style of house royalty such as David Morales, Louie Vega and Junior Vasquez, and was a keystone for the region's LGBT culture, particularly for Black and Latin American men. This spirit, along with the iconic music the Garage cultivated, inspired the foundation of King Street Sounds in 1993. 

Japanese founder Hisa Ishioka continues to spearhead the label’s output, maintaining King Street Sounds’ position at the forefront of dance culture. Predominantly focusing on its roots in house music whilst also pushing the sonic boundaries of the label to include Afro, Latin, jazz and tech-infused records, King Street Sounds has a global repertoire with a worldwide following. Household names such as Blaze, Barbara Tucker and Ultra Naté released exceedingly successful records such as ‘Most Precious Love’ and ‘Party Girl’ on the label, while house legends Kerri Chandler and Dennis Ferrer signed their seminal albums ‘Trionisphere’ and ‘The World As I See It’ to King Street Sounds. 

Fast forward to today, King Street Sounds continues to honor the legacy of the past thirty years, weaving its music into the modern ecosystem to educate and entertain new ears and existing fans. Through the continued work of label founder Hisa and a dedicated team of dance music experts, a new wave of talent pumps the beating heart of this legendary label.
