Global Gathering returns in 2014, one of the biggest electronic music festivals in the UK is back in Stratford. It's been a big year for house music and Birmingham involvement in that has been proven by rainbow hosting "The Bunker", one of the many arena's at the festival.

Attending the festivals the past 2 years I can't wait to go back this year and have made a quick mix of some of my personal favourites at the min that I hope to hear dropped over the weekend.

Global Gathering 2014 | Warm-Up House Mix

Another themed house mix, after the previous "Darker House" upload; decided to stick with a specific themed mix again!

This features a lot of piano, keyboard and organ keys and baselines, the organ synth has been used in all sorts of house and electronic music and is very distinctive sound. Probably more so with UK bass music, most popular with Niche and Bassline.

The mix features tracks and remixes from the likes of: Shadow Child, Ste E, Doorly, Zinc, Endor & Many more.

The 24 Hour Rave | Un-Official Promo Mix

Havent uploaded any content in a little while, this mix is based around my favourite "sub-genre" of house, Jackin. Extremely popular in Birmingham, in places like Chic nightclub

I've tried to use the original and authentic sounding tracks that first got me into this genre, lot of the music hails inspiration from the like of Lorenzo, Tom Garnett, ILL PHIL etc. 

The iconic "Certified Jackin" logo always comes to mind when listening to this music and memories of going through that channel's uploads for hours searching for tunes!
