This song is about finding the love of your life… but she doesn’t quite feel the same, this takes you on a journey of a phone call where you’ll do whatever it takes to plead for your love, but it’s never returned.

One night I was wrestling with song ideas and a group of friends I have kept calling me even though I kept decking, then the idea was born, it was at a time where I felt low in life, like nobody wants to talk to me anyways, if I could take a picture of that night and put it into a song this is exactly what it would look like.

“Stage” was written during a time period of confusion for me, told my friends & family that I was making music, but I was still learning what it took to be a songwriter/musician, I was scared of failure and still am to this day. I will always be learning as a songwriter/musician and I will always fear failure and I think this song is a testament to that.
