I am very pleased how this recording has turned out, honing in on some deep electro and techno vibes soaked in lush tones, emotive vibrations and a dollop of verdant wonkiness.   As heads and collectors we are spoiled by the abundance of labels and producers releasing great music in recent times. It seems like yesterday, but we're starting our fifth cycle, you guys. We're not going to get nostalgic at this point, as this is a new beginning in the constant uroboros that are our lives.

Something that is also cyclical in our podcast collection are the Rescue 137 sessions. Our mysterious collaborator treats us to a new episode of musical archeology and rarities. Unaware of social networks, he only relies on his eagerness to investigate and his fine taste to discover hidden gems of this glorious nineties decade, where we can still find first class material if we keep digging.

Those of you who have been following us for years know that we like to publish the tracklists of our podcasts. In this case, given that the author of this magnificent session only gives us the clue that they are rare productions of the nineties, we propose you to unveil the mystery and to unravel it between all of us while we enjoy the art of Rescate 137, always welcome in this area.

apasionado por la música en general, que
ha puesto en práctica su pasión por la
electrónica.
Después de varios años de descubrir en
estilos, artistas y sellos discográficos, se
opta por una gran variedad y no enfocada
a un mismo rango de bpms. En sus
volubles sets puedes escuchar de todo,
desde electro hasta IDM, pasando por
techno, EBM y Break. Su colección
discográfica va creciendo poco a poco
pero no más que sus ganas de crecer en el
campo de la producción.
A pesar de su obsesión por vivencias en
diferentes pistas de clubes y festivales
también, a pisado cabinas en diferentes
ciudades nacionales como Madrid,
Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, León y
cruzando el país hasta la ciudad de oporto
(Portugal) .

Comenzamos febrero con una colección de grandes canciones de gran belleza dispuestas a tocar las fibras más sensibles. Se trata del misterioso proyecto de un misterioso artista procedente de una misteriosa ciudad al sur de Madrid que no ha querido revelar su nombre pero llamaremos Carlawer así a bote pronto. Ejem… cuando se trata de escribir sobre el trabajo de uno mismo es más difícil que sobre el resto, así que como no tenemos pasta para pagar a otro editor voy a hacer un intento: simple y llanamente canciones que me emocionan, agitan y mueven la patata. Me la puse ayer en el coche y en alguna parte eché de menos el paquete de Renova. Un proyecto que quería subir a Youtube pero por temas de copyright no pudo ser, así que se encontraba guardado en un cajón digital. El título guarda relación con la inquietud artística que tenían los egipcios a la hora de embalsamar los cuerpos para que éstos quedaran lo más intactos posibles con el paso de los años. El ser humano y su ansia de la eternidad desde que es consciente de que su paso por el universo es efímero. Dejar el recipiente en las mejores condiciones posibles por si algún día el alma regresa al cuerpo. Muy humano todo. Como la música, que con su capacidad de desatar las emociones más primitivas, también busca ese huequito en lo eterno planteando la cuestión sobre nuestra propia existencia y nuestras cosas; las cosas que nos definen como humanos, con nuestras fortalezas y flaquezas, alegrías y penas. Espero que os guste este puñado de canciones al desnudo, sin pitch ni mezclas. Canciones porque sí.

Terminamos el mes de febrero de gala con una sesión llegada por los designios del destino. Un vecino carabanchelero de Kintsugi tenía que ser. Coleccionista de vinilos desde que era adolescente, comenzó montando raves en la sierra en el ‘96 con su colectivo RC899. Participó activamente en la producción de las míticas raves de Barajas (2001-2003), ayudando a conformar y dar el protagonismo que merecía a la incipiente escena de colectivos de la época.

En 2003 monta junto a Miguel Guirado (Substuff) el grupo de humor electrónico Blue Vulva & The Electronic Crooner haciendo bailar y reír al público durante los 15 años que estuvieron en activo. 

En su faceta de Dj aprovecha su extensa colección de discos para abordar casi cualquier estilo adoptando el nombre de Speederman para las sesiones más rápidas y Speven Stielberg para las más “calmadas” como puede ser la de este podcast número 80 para Kintsugi.
