Has been passionate about music since young but never had any chance to do much in music. The only way of expressing his music interest is through a karaoke set at home and singing most of the classic oldies collection that his dad always sings. At the age of 16, he got his first shared guitar, sharing pocket money with his brother Tommy to buy one. Without even knowing how to tune the guitar right, He starts playing blindly with his brother. KaeTee Brother's father is a self taught guitarist and then the 2 brothers manage to pick up some basic foundation in playing a guitar.
Ever since then, Kionz selected guitar as the first instruments to play. Later at the age of 17, Kionz pick up a 2 weeks drums lesson from a schoolmate's church member. After that, no more chances to touch a drumset as it is too expensive to own. However this doesn't stops Kionz from playing music. Off and on, whenever he had the chances to touch the drums, the beats, hands and legs coordination to play the drums comes out naturally. Besides through the years, Playing guitar and singing is still one of his pass time activity though he can't really afford an expensive guitar.

Over the years music is just a pass time activity for Kionz until recently, year 2013, Kionz thought that really mastering something in music is really essential for him to bring his music passion further. Therefor, once in co-incident, Kionz met award winning contemporary pop/rock singer/songwriter Prema Yin. Prema and Kionz train Martial Arts by the name of Wing Chun under the same school. Then when Prema decided to give classes again after she retired from teaching for a while, Kionz enroll under her as her first student. Under the close guidance and monitoring of Prema Yin, Kionz is now more and more into mastering various vocal technique. This also makes him the lead vocalist for KeaTee C
