This podcast is inspired by the gigs I’ve had since 2025 started. I played a set on new years day in Copenhagen, that really surprised me. I came in prepared, but decided to throw all that away as I entered the booth, so the set ended up being completely improvised and it was one of the best sets I ever played. When I recorded this podcast I did not plan anything, I just went with what felt right in the moment.

New School brings the rap vocal vibes over heavy bass movements followed by Physical Education, a sexy 140-174 bpm transition track ready for use as a DJ tool to take the dancefloor up a notch. The album title is also a cheeky call out to other DJs and producers to step up or Step Aside.
