Vera Moro (she/her) is a queer Brussels-based DJ and performer. Her performances are her chosen means of self-expression, combining music, dance, and attention to makeup, and clothes. She presents a wide range of music genres, from hardhouse, breakbeat, acid, hardgroove, to progressive trance and dnb. Born and raised in Verona, Italy, Vera moved at an early age to Chile, before settling permanently in Brussels. These experiences strongly influenced her music tastes that expand from pop, rap or reggaeton to jazz, electro, and techno. Her will is to express her musical past cohesively through uniting different music styles in her sets. Vera Moro is very active in the blossoming Brussels' queer scene, and particularly interested in collaborating with queer organisations all over Europe. Creating a queerer, safer space in the nightlife is one of the main goals of her artistic expression.

Sidney aka NMSS is a DJ-Producer and promoter. Founder of the Underground Feelings collective, an association active in the nightlife of Strasbourg through which he invites during prestigious evenings big names like Slow Life, Tommy Vicari Jnr, Le Loup, Alien recordings (A² / Stopouts) Reedale Rise, J. Albert, Henrik Begqvist, Hinode, Najem Sworb, Yoshi. Trax Magazine did document these evenings at the rather original concept where during his performance, only the shadow of the artist was visible behind a curtain... He’s now organizing events in Brussels with his collective Tape Return.

A major thank you goes to all the artists involved for their kind gifts, the city of Brussels for their kind support and everyone else who makes this project possible. 

C12 is a multidisciplinary nightclub and platform run by the Deep in House collective, located in the heart of Brussels. It's a safe place where freedom, diversity, creativity and alternative culture are protected from the restrictive and normative outside world. The project was launched in February 2018 and includes concerts, art installations, lives, club nights and exhibitions.

The Corona crisis is keeping our doors closed and dancefloor empty for several weeks now, with no hopes yet on new line-ups and crowds of enthusiastic dancers. But this unprecedented situation isn’t holding us still. Continuing to support our local Brussels and Belgian electronic music scene, C12 is proud to announce its own label with 10 music compilations dubbed Social Distancing. All artists involved are Belgian or strongly connected to the Brussels scene. Confirmed are Le Motel, Stellar OM Source, A.Brehme, Front De Cadeaux, Davy, OCB Casa Voyager, Cabasa, Techno Thriller, Orphan Swords, Different Fountains, Bear Bones Lay Low, Gols, Hadone, ... and our residents Session 4000, Kafim & Chris Ferreira. Compilations will also be curated by female artists promoting platform ‘Psst Mlle’ and queer culture collective ‘Benediction’.  

Each edition consists of a collection of several tracks and will be released every two weeks, leading to a total of approximately fifty tracks. All music will be available to add on your favorite streaming service Soundcloud, Youtube, Spotify (coming soon) and Bandcamp. In addition for each track we offer a limited amount of 500 free downloads through our Bandcamp page, where donations are also enabled for those who wish to support us and the artists involved.
