Bulgarian dark mastermind MANASYt（Petar Tassev) has been rocking his own brand of Nurolektro since 2003. He’s responsible for a vast array of menacing titles on labels such as Bunker, Touchin' Bass, Kommando 6 and Musar. 
An artist that couldn’t care less about trends nor hypes, and whose main driving force is that authentic passion for the genre.
Some of his tunes resemble a future horror movie soundtrack, others a visit to a mental clinic but most sound like what exactly hostile aliens would listen to while attacking Earth.
Currently based in Amoy, China.

Mystery Friend is one half of Romance Layers along with his partner Gala; the Buenos Aires power duo whose music has been creeping into our ears for some time now. First spotted during a live performance for the iconic Nation Imprint festivities, we needed to know more about them.

At 23 year of age, Mystery Friend works his machines in ways that transport the listener back to the golden era of Chicago house  ’til you come to the realization that it’s fresh, out-of-the oven music. No re-inventing of the wheel necessary here; mystery friend simply makes modern house music done right. Catchy spanish lyrics add extra fuel to the mix and leave you wondering why it took so long for a latin cat to tap into this realm.

Podcast 063 - MANASYt x Brutal Forms

The centennial podcast of this series is brought to us by Morah. At some point in his career, the dark prince of Athens and resident of the Phormix label and event series achieved a unique and iconic status with his unconventional take on gritty electronic music that transcends genres. The first time we experienced this in the flesh was in the old Griessmuehle location on the Sonnenallee in 2019 and were blown away.

Whether it was his debut release on Helena Hauff's label, or the many life-changing performances over the years that are well-documented, his body of work speaks for itself as he graces labels such as Berceuse Heroique, Vanila, Brokntoys, Lux Rec, and most recently on Body Musick as well as a self-released album called Zesta. He's captained the Phormix event series as a resident and is a core part of the Athens crew whose label boasts some of the most exciting releases coming out. He's added another time-lasting performance to his list during the most recent DT Camp two weeks ago. It should be no surprise that we invited him as a special guest for our ADE event together with Pinkman Records on October 19th and can't wait 

These are trying times for all with many significant global events taking place almost daily. With this as the backdrop, we hope this series has brought some enjoyment. @sch-tsch is the project of the Zürich-based, Polish artist, active in the Swiss underground as a DJ, music producer, live act, and host of dark electronics nights, as well as the mix series SCHOEN. In her sets, she transmutes dusky electronic experiments, EBM, harsh techno, post-punk, and mutant analog sounds into psychedelic darkness, pain, and excess. As a hardware live act and music producer, with releases on labels such as Kashev Tapes, Oramics or Tales of Psychofonia, and several self-released singles and EPs, she conjures obscure soundscapes on the fringes of post-industrial, body music and noise, inverting realities and perverting desires.

Beaurees is an electronic project of Boris Zakharov, who previously worked under the pseudonym Zaax. Although the artist is not engaged in any public activity, but at the same time he managed to take part in compilations and release a couple of EPs and a full mini-album on the labels "New York Haunted", "Idlestates", "Diffuse Reality", "Body Musick", "Dead Chanel", "Flagelante". In addition to this, he periodically introduces us to his musical finds, having recorded several mixes for Fade Radio, Lyl Radio, and Mantis Radio. Not so long ago he released two EPs, including 4 versions of classic techno bangers from the 90s by Tuning Circuits, as part of his new project "Haag Tribunal" with which he explores the noisier, more powerful side of techno. In this mix, you'll be able to hear everything that inspires Boris, from noise, industrial to disco, electro, and synth music
