For Viscera 130, Yu Su joins the series with a live recording taken from our party on the 14th December at the one and only Love Inn.

"Kaifeng-born, now London-based Yu Su is a musician, DJ, sound artist and occasional chef. As one of the most prominent Chinese artists with a highly unique voice working across the globe in the last 5 years, her output covers all the ground you’d expect and more. Her multiple critically acclaimed records on UK’s Technicolor (Ninja Tune), Netherlands’s Music from Memory and China’s own Bie Records has seen her nominated for Canada’s Polaris Prize. She has co-produced music with John Carroll Kirby, Duval Timothy and is known for remix works for Parquet Courts, King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard, and many more. As a DJ, she is unpredictable, idiosyncratic; just “casually having the dance floor transfixed” have put her on the spotlights at clubs and festivals internationally like Dekmantel, Glastonbury, Boiler Room, iii Points, Nuits Sonores, Rainbow Disco Club, Phonox and so on. She has also recently been featured on the cover of Mixmag magazine, marking the first Chinese cover star. She has composed for feature films and fashion brands like Sacai, Jimmy Choo and London/Shanghai based SAMUEL GUÌ YANG."

Cosmo is a DJ and producer based in Seoul, recognized as one of the most active and consistent figures in the city’s vibrant club scene. With residencies at Seoul’s BBCB: Beton Brut + Concrete Bar, she is now expanding her reach across Asia and Europe.Her DJ sets are known for their fluid mix of deep house, Balearic, and psychedelic disco, with occasional ventures into techier sounds. Rather than sticking to a single style, she creates an ethereal and radiant atmosphere, combining dynamic energy with storytelling that draws the audience into an immersive narrative.On her debut solo EP [JIN09], released through Taipei’s 禁JIN Records, Cosmo explores a celestial soundscape, blendinghouse and Balearic influences with 90s darker technoto craft a release that is both dreamy and daring. After more than a year away, we’re back. And I’m beyond glad to welcome Kim Kenis, an artist from Belgium whom I recently met at the unforgettable @itsdelayed getaway. Our time together was brief, but it was undeniably memorable.

I was lucky enough to hear this mix live at the Barn last fall, and now we get to share it with everyone. In this three hours, Kim takes us on a delicate journey—one that gradually unfolds through space. It invites you, then teases you, pulling you deeper before you even realize you’ve surrendered to it. Known for her near-prolific output of thoughtful, studied radio mixes and a club & festival schedule that speaks for itself, Kim brings a bewitching tenderness to her DJ-ing—whether she’s sending stargazers into the ether with ambient selections or locking in the dance floor with minimalistic grooves.

"The wizard had grown weary, the pressure and machinations of his earthly presence had worn him down. He had injected much of himself into his creations it was the only place left he could find true solace. But even with the weight it posed, it had left him with a feeling of joy for all the genuine connections he had a chance to form to others and the feelings his creations was evoking in people.

At an opening in the cave overlooking a vast swaying field drenched in moonlight, he doffs his cape, uncovering below his true nature; a prince of beauty, radiating kindness and pure essence.

He takes one last breath before his being bursts into stars that swirl upward and disperse into the night sky, leaving nothing but his cape on the earthen floor; with markings reading “infinita”.

While gearing up for our 11 Years Bday coming weekend we have a mix from Bond, tipped by our lovely resident TITIA 

Bond is a DJ from Buenos Aires and a member of the LGBTQIA+ collective LOCA, He is the founder and director of Radio LOCA and LOCA Rec, platforms dedicated to consciously promoting and representing the careers of queer and dissident artists from Latin America.

This mix is a journey through the current pulse of the queer electronic scene in the Global South. A showcase of the sound of Buenos Aires, featuring tracks by fellow local producers, unreleased gems, and previews of Bond’s upcoming EP out in May via Pansa Records.

Swiss producer Ben Kaczor and Swedish producer Martinou have been tracing parallel lines across the deeper shades of house and techno for over a decade. What began as a connection through SoundCloud has since bloomed into an understated, sonic kinship — now embodied in their joint alias: Terik Hensen.

With Nothing Feels Like Before, the 31st edition in the Discos Movimiento mix series, the duo opens a portal into something restrained yet expansive. A meditative flow of dub-inflected grooves and minimal percussion that moves like breath — steady, intimate, and full of space.
