Ambient Daily - Episode 34 - Sudden Light

This set highlights a new wave of Mexican producers shaping the future of sound through slowed-down cumbia, digital sonidero, and Latin jazz. It's an invitation, an introduction, for the lovely people listening.

Most of the tracks were pulled from vinyl, with a few unreleased gems woven in to capture the heart of this vibrant, evolving scene. Nearly all the featured artists are currently active, touring, and carrying the cumbiero spirit across borders.

The mix flows like a vision, dreamlike, hypnotic, and earthy. It’s meant to evoke the feeling of dancing in a jungle, guided by rhythm, nature, and something ancient and magical.
