I've been thinking a lot about the power of prayer and the risk we take in making ourselves vulnerable to God through prayer. It is always so worth the risk, but I sometimes struggle with taking that leap. It's easier to cover up an uncomfortable inner silence with the loud world... when really, silence is sometimes what we need. Silence is not empty -- it is dynamic, because God is listening!
