It's always a special moment when we get to feature artists that we have loved for many years and have the opportunity to include in our guest mix series. Mihai Popoviciu is no exception and we are very excited to have him onboard for this one!

Every artist has a signature—and Mihai is no exception. For over a decade, the acclaimed Romanian producer and DJ has crafted a distinctive sound defined by deep grooves, sharp precision, and an infectious, understated energy.

As well as his impeccable production skills, Mihai has gained recognition, both in Romania and abroad. From growing up watching clubs on TV to playing in them across the world, Mihai’s journey came full circle. His CV now includes iconic venues like Berghain and Watergate in Berlin, Fabric and The Egg in London, D-Edge in São Paulo, and DC-10 in Ibiza.

I warmed up the terrace before Janeret b2b Cristi Cons, Sidney Charles and East End Dubs. 

Expect a low bpm with minimal vibes with a nice blend of Romanian and British sounds. :)

German producer and DJ Reboot (Frank Heinrich) has been a driving force in house and techno for over two decades, blending Latin, dub, jazz, funk and world influences into hypnotic, polyrhythmic grooves. A core member of the Cadenza family since the label’s early days, his music embodies its deep, soulful and percussive spirit, with a discography spanning over 200 releases on Cadenza, Cocoon, Crosstown Rebels and Get Physical.

Reboot has played everywhere from Ushuaia, Pacha and Fabric to Awakenings, Tomorrowland and Ultra, captivating crowds with both DJ sets and live performances. He continues to push forward with fresh releases and collaborations, staying true to the groove that has defined his career.

After growing up on a steady diet of everything from Indian and western classical music, through to disco, hip hop, reggae, 1980s electronic pop and even heavy metal, Rajesh Deshpande first became involved with electronic dance music in the late 1990s. Initially gravitating towards the intense rhythms and chest-pounding basslines of jungle and drum and bass, his first forays into music production were made alongside his brother. Releasing and touring under the Vice Versa' moniker and thanks to the support from local Sydney DJs and underground radio stations, the duo managed to catch the attention of legendary drum and bass figures LTJ Bukem and Conrad. This led to a string of high profile releases on Bukem's seminal label 'Good Looking Records' (amongst others), as well as residencies in most of Sydney's major dance music venues. After a hiatus, Rajesh has rediscovered his love for music production and DJing in recent years. Always open-minded and keen to explore new territory, he found a new muse and appreciation for the moods and grooves of house music. The resulting 'Miraj (AU)' project has been met with solid support from taste-making underground artists and DJs within Australia and across the world. With releases on several labels including Melbourne's very own Valiant Records, Celestial Recordings (UK), EmbarrassedArts (UK) and Expmental (France) as well as regular appearances on playlists from the likes of Dilby (Poker Flat, 8bit, Crosstown Rebels), Graziano Raffa (Sudbeat), Marsh (Anjunadeep), Robyn Balliet, Gorge, and Steve Kelley, Rajesh continues to forge ahead with his own interpretation of the deep house genre.

Kirik, the last 10 years educating his ear and refining his approach to production, after years of experience and profound evolution finds his personal style.
His sound is constantly progressing and always strives to satisfy the crowd, spacing from deep to tech, with powerful grooves!

After releasing a few pieces of vinyl at friend labels, 
In 2015, he decided to create his own vinyl record label, Memory Remains, so that could share his vision of music through this artistic platform.
Almost every vinyl Memory Remains gets reviews and makes it to Mixmagadria vinyl of the week.

Since the beginning of 2019, Kirik began to devote a lot of time to digital content.

This is how the Kirik and Alia Palant project appeared, 
at the beginning of 2020, they started cooperation with an experiment, and the first track "I Lose My Control" immediately burst into the hearts of listeners around the world, within a year they released 7 tracks and shot a video for one of the compositions.
Summer of 2021 they began to actively tour major festivals in Ukraine (White Night, AREA33, Wave Spot Pink Lake) and around Europe. 
They performed on the same stage with renowned artists. (Artbat, WhoMadeWho, DOP, Salome Le Chat, Birds Of Mind, Monolink, and others )

In 2022, Kirik releases its first big collab with Franky Razardo - called "Diamond",
That's how the diamond got into the top 100 deep house chat and stayed in the chat for more than 2 months.
After such success, the single Kirik - Town House with a remix by Tuccillo was released on the label @frankyrizardo

In one of his radio shows, Franky called Kirill one of his favorite producers, after which he invited Kirill to perform on his show "Listen to Flow" @listen-to-flow at the ADE in Amsterdam.
By the way, it was Kirill's debut at ADE and in Amsterdam at Lovelee Club.
Kirill was so impressed that he released a house EP on his label Memory Remains and named one of the tracks "Lovelee".

Also, he released a solo EP on the label Ball Park (Okain owner), called "Love Scene", and the track "Up Up" is still in the top 100 Minimal / Deep Tech.

So, many collaborations and releases with cool producers are planned for 2025, and Kirik is also working on a big album.
