The compilation "Get Together" enters a new round and gathers four artists to take a journey into
electronic music together again. After the vinyl release with the original tracks by Maxie König,
Dip, Ana Antonova and Cie, four remixers are joining the Get Together to interpret the music in a
new way: Eddy Romero, Mar io, Eric Louis and Cie. Cie starts with the remix of "TenTen" and
creates immediately a big groove with big basses, chords and illuminative sound waves, which
leads us directly to the dancefloor. With Eddy Romero we then float into the dub techno air with the
"Dezest" remix, and inventive chords and percussion sounds ensure a fantastic flight. It's like
floating on clouds with the glittering strings and jazzy melodies that Mar io conjures up in his remix
of "Naked Neighbour". The beat keeps pushing forward, where Eric Louis seamlessly picks up with
his interpretation of "Haus Im Turm". The deep beat and the dubbed chords form a great conclusion
to this wonderful journey that you want to embark on again and again.

Recorded in mid nineties in a venue called "Tumult", in Abcoude (Province of Utrecht).
TUMULT is famous because during the nineties it was a so called 'hidden pearl' of afters, after-locations (epic after parties from 6AM till 1PM. ;-)).

Set of 2 hours and 18 minutes.

BEHIND:
Natuurlijk waren het DJ's met veel passie die een grootse carrière hebben gemaakt mede door The Tumult. In het boek MARY GO WILD is een geheel eigen hoofdstuk over Kunst & Cultuur centrum Tumult gemaakt. 
Tumult groeide uit tot de broedplaats voor Kunst & Cultuur. Het gaat er om zoals blijkt in de VPRO documentaire (zie link onder) dat de DJ's die naast hun DJ skills vooral grote indruk maakten door de platenkeuze. 
Als het ware de 'story line' die gecreëerd wordt. Grote namen als Eddy de Clerck maar ook Derrick May of DJ Jean hebben in The Tumult hun kunstvorm tot bloei laten komen, maar vooral ook lokale DJ's zoals: Knallie Wallie(Walter Kompier), Franky, Remi, Dimitri, Ovi, Reach, Mellow D, Frenk en vele andere dorpsgenoten.
