Polymorphism Records proudly presents the new album by Denmark’s Vanity Productions - “An Eternity Still”, the last release of our very first series of records.

“An Eternity Still” delves into the theme of closure, capturing the emotional journey of closing one chapter and beginning another. 
It evokes a stirring blend of nostalgia and the need to move forward, balancing bright memories with the desire for growth and new challenges. 
Of leaving baggage behind to fill the suitcase anew, killing the darlings to find new loved ones, burn down the house and never look back. 
Because as everybody knows; warm memories linger—for an eternity still.

For this project, Vanity Productions' Christian Stadsgaard teamed up with close collaborators Emma Acs and Malthe Fischer, who joined in the compositional process. 
While the album maintains Stadsgaard’s signature melancholia, it also introduces a fresh sonic palette, incorporating vocals and guitar alongside the project’s hallmark broken electronics and dark, evocative melodies.

“An Eternity Still” also features remixes by acclaimed artists Farzané and Ireen Amnes, further enriching the album’s collaborative spirit and adding new dimensions to its haunting soundscapes.

Second release on Клуб is co-produced by our Copenhagen friend Rune Bagge and features his two original tracks, as well as a vocal version of 'One Night' with lyrics co-written by Saint Petersburg based artist Nakulla Man and Sergey Sidorov with the assistance of Alexei Borisov of Nochnoi Prospekt fame.

The vocal version is based on a viral video that was once accidentally shot on our Kurilka dancefloor, and draws inspiration from DAVE The Drummer's 'One Night in Hackney', hence telling the story 'of a young man that visited Клуб for the first time'. Rune, our trap-obsessed friend and a guest of the Kisloty series, kindly wrote the title instrumental in 1 hour time at our request specifically for the vocals.

Musically, the two instrumentals showcase two respective sides of Bagge's production: while 'One Night' is an up-tempo, synthwave inclined post-dark industrial techno affair, 'Thank You For Not Snitching' is a much more of an emotional and atmospheric tune reminiscent of IDM/Breakbeat's golden days.

It comes together with a video clip shot by our own Navsegda agency, the only one ever to be shot inside the historical Borovaya 116 building one week after the official closing of the venue, and follows a night-long journey through all the different rooms and experiences that constituted it, including a morning Russian pop sesh at the smoking room.

Obwigszyh is a guy who likes to fill the space with heavy beats and mental pulsations. For him, techno means the repetition of bass and noises, with different materials moving in the atmosphere. He is familiar with different forms of techno, but his style is usually very hard and hypnotic, often with industrial, dark influences and experimental stuff.

Xergiok is an amorphous creature who spanks goblins. He is confused about his thoughts on the world and the norms of behavior.

His freshest ep contains influences from hard trance, rave and acid mixed with his industrial soundscapes.

Obwigszyh - Run Wizard [Műhely]

Клуб (pronounced 'club', also informally known as Kisloty) was a DIY space in Saint-Petersburg run by Sasha Tsereteli and Julia Si, dubbed by DAZED as 'the wildest club in Russia'. Since it's inception in 2017, it has become a home for many DJs, musicians and likeminded friends. 
Клуб closed its doors in May 2019 without any official reason, but lives on as an eponymous showcase series and label.
