Thunderstorm (Sounds of Nature)

Soundtrack of a passing thunderstorm with underlying brown noise(not to be confused with the mythical brown note) which has a soothing effect on your mind and might help you loosen up, handle stress better, make your tinnitus more bearable and help you fall asleep faster and have a better nights sleep.

The storm starts in the distant, comes closer, peaks around the middle of the track and moves slowly away.

All sounds are from various CC(Creative Commons) licensed clips from around the web except for the brown noise which I generated myself. I haven't counted how many different sound files I've used, but there's definitely over 20 different clips. I've cut, trimmed, mixed, corrected.. hell, I've done all sorts of things to make it sound like a real thunderstorm.

Soundtrack is downloadable so you can take it with you on trips 'n' stuff ;)

Thunderstorm

In the dead of night, a storm descends upon the countryside. From inside, you can hear the rain pelting the tin roof and the thunder rumbling in the distance. Although a heavy downpour, the rain is steady and the thunder has a soothing effect. Use this sound to relax, concentrate, study or calm your mind so that you may fall asleep.

WHAT ARE ISOCHRONIC TONES? 
Isochronic tones or beats are an alternative to binaural beats brainwave entrainment.  Both isochronic beats and binaural beats can help guide brainwaves into a different frequency such as deep sleep. 

Binaural beats are considered more effective, but must be listened to with headphones. 

Isochronic beats have the advantage of being able to be used with an external speaker or with headphones.
