I have a deep affinity for nature which I wanted to explore and celebrate throughout this EP. Each track is centred upon a different recording from a natural environment and is informed by the beautiful, random, and completely unique patterns that such natural soundscapes provide. I never come back from a long walk in the countryside feeling worse than when I started - and it is this feeling that I hoped to evoke through listening to the EP. Nature's music is all around us, all we need do is take the time to listen.

'Ephemereality' is a word I made up to explore the nature of the reality that we all live in, where essentially all things are ephemeral - which is hopefully expressed within the music.

It features dreamy, ethereal synths and pads, underpinned by solid techno-informed basslines and percussion.
