‘Red Flags’ was written in Las Vegas with some of her favorite producers coming off the tail of almost losing her life in a domestic violent situation. Being heartbroken and confused over loving someone who was verbally, emotionally and physically abusive made Rachel lose her self-worth and lose herself. She became unrecognizable and numb. She ignored every bad sign and every red flag being blinded by love. Thankfully, better late than never, she picked herself back up. It took being pushed down enough times to get stronger and became the empowered woman she is today. Rising like a Phoenix, she is bent but not broken and chooses to fight for her life and not continue to fall for the same traps anymore. The second she realized she needed to heal and get help from what happened, she took the opportunity to run away and write music and express her pain of what she went through her music.
