Fact and fiction are sometimes get lost between the lines of Imagination which for most of us gives a full joy of creativity and expression.
But sometimes, the tide turns backwards, and Imagination can become a sinister companion. 

Inspired by story of Louis Wain

Louis Wain (5 August 1860 – 4 July 1939) was an English artist best known for his drawings, which consistently featured anthropomorphised large-eyed cats and kittens. In his later years he may have suffered from schizophrenia  which, according to some psychiatrists, can be seen in his works.

Jester's Dream is a dramatic and somewhat grotesque interpretation of Jester's duality of nature. Tired and asleep, he faces his other self walking down the spiral of a wild carnival. As he walks further, things become uncertain and obscure. He hears flutes and chimes, and a  sound of gold coins hitting the floor. The tempt is too strong, and Jester is now far too gone...

Often times, revisiting an original instrumental track with mesmerising  oriental vocal lines and chants can give it a touch of new spice and sound. I really enjoyed the company of these voices - interestingly strong and tender at the same time. Join me in this adventure where Night Sky is deep and dark, and the Stars are all unknown and magical.
