Trying to stay away from the Apiary related puns (and failing), here's a remix I've just done for my labelmates The Beekeepers.

RNT and Lovebirds, together at last, with a 12 Inch EP that oozes summer (it's summer somewhere right?) from every groove! On the A side, the familiar erotic boogie grooves of 'Funk So Pretty' tickle you in the purple place. On the flip, 'Free' sculpts an overlooked 80s jazz pop tune into a shimmering shuffling world beat masterpiece, and then we get down n dirty once again with Donwanchooback. Cop it and rock it. As ever it's pressed on 180 G vinyl and hand stamped label.

Another remix I did last year, out now on the Air Recordings label. DJ Love has cooked up a smashing piece of party hip hop with the legend that is Special Ed, so it was a delight to get to remix it. I was channelling my inner Catfish that day I think :)

Originally released in 1983 'Stop Bajon (Primavera)' became a favourite in Rimini Discotheques, Balearic Islands and even Chicago during the early house days.  It was an anthem on what went on to become the Italo Disco movement. The original mix is still revered and played to this day by DJ's such as DJ Harvey at his Mercury Rising night at Pikes, Ibiza. Blenda Jackson is a partnership between Nude Disco & Paul Harris, 'Stop Bajon' is their first work under the new moniker which will focus on re-edits of their favourite classic tracks.

Dj Kiu D is an Italian producer/dj.
He was born in 1982 and his career begins with Mother inc under the name of Dj Vidya. After a background dedicated to push and produce some bassline sounds as drum n bass, dubstep as well as house/broken beat and nujazz as Mother Inc's moniker, he ends up loving and producing nudisco funk and re-edits..this makes him an eclectic dj can switch some different genres performing live. 
His sound and his sets now are a mixture of disco/funk/house and bass music that makes a party go boom!
