ВРСПЛ это совместный проект эмси / битмейкера Андрея Jipie (Джипи) из Новороссийска и электронного музыканта Кирилла Kercha (Керча) из Геленджика.

Музыка ВРСПЛ – это альтернативный хип-хоп на злобу дня в стильной огранке из UK bass.

К моменту объединения в 2021-м артисты накопили увесистый бэкграунд. Kercha известен как один из наиболее авторитетных deep dubstep продюсеров на мировой сцене. Подписант британского DNO Records, о нём пишет Djmag, а его музыку играют артисты из «премьер-лиги». Jipie заслужил признание на краснодарской хип-хоп сцене как эмси и битмейкер. Он писал биты и читал вместе с такими представителями южной сцены как Эйсик, Рем Дигга, Скато и UMR CRU.

Объединение усилий привнесло новую грань в звучание обоих артистов. От классического речитатива Jipie сделал шаг к более эмоционально окрашенной и хлёсткой подаче. Он собирает в куплетах жизненный опыт и наблюдения, помноженные на тонкое, критичное восприятие мира. Kercha в новом измерении трансформировал свой фирменный атмосферный и джазовый грув в танцпольную электронику с метками electro, breakbeat.

История ВРСПЛ началась с трека «Враг». Как гласит легенда, Jipie прислал Kercha на сведение трек «Враг» со своей музыкой. Кирилл так вдохновился услышанным, что сделал свою версию — «Враг VIP». Приставка «VIP» в названии расшифровывается как «Various In Production», что означает, что Kercha «переосмыслил» на свой лад музыку в исходном треке Jipie. С этой комбинации и возникла идея проекта и его название.

Сингл "Враг VIP" открывает серию релизов ВРСПЛ, которая закончится релизом альбома ВРСПЛ "В Рэпе С Пяти Лет" - 27 ноября 2023 года.

VRSPL is a joint project of MC / beatmaker Andrey Jipie from Novorossiysk and electronic musician Kirill Kercha from Gelendzhik.

VRSPL music is a dancefloor-powered hip-hop in UK bass fashion.

By the time they united in 2021, the artists had accumulated a significant background. Kercha is known as one of the most respected deep dubstep producers. A signee of the British DNO Records, DJ Mag writes about him, and his music is played by artists from bass scene's A-list. Jipie has earned recognition on the Krasnodar hip-hop scene as an MC and beatmaker. He made beats and rhymed with the likes of the southern scene like Asick, Rem Digga, Skato and UMR CRU.

Joining forces brought a new dimension to the sound of both artists. From the classic rap flow, Jipie took a step towards a more emotionally charged and biting presentation. He collects life experience and observations in couplets, coupled with a subtle, critical perception of the world. Kercha in a new dimension transformed his signature atmospheric and jazz groove into dancefloor electronics with the tags bass, electro, breakbeat.

The history of ВРСПЛ began with the track “Enemy”. As the legend goes, Jipie sent Kercha for mastering the track “Enemy” with his music. Kirill was so inspired by what he heard that he made his own version - “Enemy VIP”. The “VIP” prefix in the title stands for “Various In Production,” which means that Kercha “rethought” the music in the original Jipie's track in his own way. From this combination the idea of the project and its name arose.

The single “Enemy VIP” opens a series of ВРСПЛ releases, which will end with the release of ВРСПЛ album “В Рэпе С Пяти Лет” - November 27, 2023.

Welcome to the fifth Soul Ex Machina SEMCAST! The second appearance of 2023 in the mix series focused on the label and affiliate artists, we have the great pleasure of featuring the core Soul Ex Machina member, Brno / Czech Republic based producer with Slovakian roots -  the one and only don Johney. On the occasion of his freshest release on the Soul Ex Machina, which appeared almost three years after his label debut, and series of releases on the likes of Deviant Audio, Shakhta records or the Coki´s label AWD. Johney is renowned for his wide musical knowledge and ability to combine elements into unseen variations, which he showcases in his current studio mix. Expect nothing less like journey of bass and rhythms full of groovy moodswings, music both "coming from" and inspirations of the artist. It is great to welcome Johney back on the label and already look forward to his future endeavors!
