Fuelled with 22 killer versions taken from their 10 first EPs, it contains brand new remixes from the likes of KeX, DJ Mibor and Skeewiff, as well as the brand new track "BABY DON'T YOU CRY", a glorious cover of a Ray Charles “Swingnova” classic from the sixties.
When listening to the 22 remixes, one can understand why Bart&Baker have always demonstrated a real passion for collaborations and remix re inventions.

From the Moroder-esque version of Big Band through the super sharp rework of 16 tons by KeX, it’s a wild ride through the beat and the swing.

The first EP released by KIWISTAR & JOSH ET LE CHAT

Kiwistar is an electro-swing DJ and creator of the ColorSwing party in Paris. He already has released various tracks like The Artist is a spider or Caro Emerald – Stuck (Kiwistar “Club Edit” Remix. He was elected best DJ electro-swing at the Electro Swing People’s Favourite in December 2011. 
Josh et le Chat are the new residents of the Electro Swing Club (London) set by the famous Chris Tofu. This allowed them to play amongst other with The Correspondents and Sweet Life Society. 
Josh Torrent is an accomplished musician and DJ. He already has worked with many artists such as Ludwig Amadeus, Roxy Rawson and is also co-founder of the band Obey! 
Noëllie (le Chat) is a young photographer, she has worked on many projects with Josh as a photographer or as a graphic designer. 
Le Chat joins them in live and she’s the official graphic designer of the trio.

Composed by Kiwistar and Josh Torrent, Tennis Swing is their first EP. 
It’s composed of Tennis Swing original mix, the Josh Torrent VIP mix and four other remixes from the finalist of the remix contest organized last summer. 
Tennis Swing intro has been listened 4,000 times in two months.

After 5 years of deep immersion on the electro swing movement, i think the scene, dj's or producers, have evolve a lot, from the beginnings where electro swing was only made from few similar releases, to now where you can have a set from Hip Hop to DNB with all the electronic style inbetween, all of that with swing.

For me, this development and this diversification of the swing thing, allows us, as Artist and Listeners, to be more personal in the interpretation of the genre, in the way we transmit it to the audience.

and Today, after 5 years, i decided to do a blend of my own influences, it's a "Kiwistar Electro Swing Tape", i think you will get it with the listening

I try to work on a playlist who will surprised even the more experimented dj's of the genre, hope you will like it !

Kiwistar and Josh and Le Chat from France teamed up for a fresh Balkan and Klezmer number that makes you feel summer and freedom. Normally the track would currently be perfect for open air events and wild outdoor parties, which is currently not possible worldwide due to Corona. "BVLKVN" arouses longing and passion, it's a great mix of electronic club music, with a deep mix of Electro Swing and Balkan vibes. Absolutely suitable for the dance floor, but also for partying, dreaming and hoping for better times on your own balcony. Absolute burner and stomper!
