Here's a little insight into the creative brain of one of the most technically gifted blossoming producers the UK has to offer! This five-variety EP was named after the infamous American Ballistic Missile Defense System and is certain to explode onto the bass music scene with alarming speed and velocity. The opening track, 'Panama Peppers', fuses old-school disco strings, pads and atmospheres with a nu-school bass take forging a irresistably funky foot-tapper with MTA records' Kursa taking on the remix with a staggeringly creative, swinging masterpiece of complete and utter naughtiness. Following up Kursa's remix is a second Dosage original completely juxtaposing the happy feel good vibes from 'Panama Peppers' with a malicious, dark-hearted belter appropriately named 'Reaper' and lending their deadly talents to re-work 'Reaper' are none other than Echoes & Knight who kick up a right stink with a 4x4 version still keeping to the dark vibe infused with a number of their unique sinister sounds added to the equation. To polish off this release,  Dosage has teamed up with Ricin to end the show with a shuffly nuero number entitled 'Ishmael' firing on all cylinders after a glitchy but spacious introduction demonstrating nothing but pure technical audio craftmanship. The title itself of this EP may ring home to those who spend countless hours reading conspiracy theories however the word 'Aegis' will now be known by the masses as a work of art uniting certain subcultures of the human race rather than destroying them!

Fred V & Grafix, the dynamic duo from Devon, present their debut solo single on Hospital. “Goggles” is a four-track EP featuring the full spectrum of their sound. The “Goggles” EP is fresh, fun and jam-packed with exciting, dancefloor-driven beats that should excite and unite D&B fans for 2013.

With its unassuming bleep intro, “Goggles” will no doubt take some by surprise with its subterranean sounds as bubbling bass and intricate arpeggios develop into the kind of aquatic frenzy you won't have witnessed since doing 50 metres butterfly at school. But wait, “Games People Play” ups the ante with a more recognisable Fred V & Grafix aesthetic - full of polished vocal glow, warm atmospherics, punchy drums and live guitar from Fred Vahrman himself.

Returning to a stripped back, contemplative tone and we have “Denmark Road” with its shimmying soundscape, shuffling breaks and murmuring Calibre-esque sweeps. Beware the epic “Basilisk” awaiting at the end of the EP. This monster has a hypnotizing intro, then bites deep, with a drop dominated by dense, contorting synth work. Awesome.
