Mixed on my new decks (see photo)..Not really i don't own any dubplates like the ones pictured.

I done this mix in '03 i think with records i bought for someone who in turn was passing them onto someone else... I love this mix, it's my favourite dnb mix i've ever done, this is a edited down version to fit 40 minutes seeing as Soundcloud are tight with there free upload time, I only knew the 1st 2 tunes in this mix so blagged the rest of it..

As i say, these tunes weren't mine so i was unfamiliar with them but had to give them a good old rinse before passing them on and from listening to this over the past 10 years i can't believe it went so well, pretty much a perfect mix with tunes i never knew and had never played, tunes like 'Crazy' & 'Obsession'  have gone on to be massive in my house even to this day... Converted from mini-disc to mp3 so quality ain't fantastic...Mixed on 1210s in Dalry, Edinburgh 2003

This new set is a tribute to Jrumhand - The Legend of the producers of Jazzy Drum and Bass.

About Jrumhand:

Hailing from North London, and now residing in Kent, Jrumhand has been contributing his productions to the drum and bass genre since 2007.

Taking piano lessons at the tender age of six, he has always been passionate about playing music. A love of hip hop naturally led onto buying hardcore and jungle records in the early 90's and attending seminal clubs such as Speed and Metalheadz as often as he could.

Now he is getting DJ support from the very people who influenced him; buying their every release, such as Nookie, LTJ Bukem and PFM.

Starting out on Binary Soul Records, Jrumhand has had releases on many labels in the last few years, most recently with Nookie's Phuzion Digital Records, Textures Music Group, Soul Deep Recordings and Liquid Drops.

Alongside fellow producer Phatplayaz, Jrumhand has gone back to his first love of DJ'ing, with recent gigs taking place in London and Birmingham.

With forthcoming releases already signed to Storejam, Good Looking and Phuzion Records, Jrumhand is looking forward to the future...
