Fade to darkness was a track about seeing a reflection of your former self on how you changed through the years and also feeling what you could’ve changed in the past and make it a lot better. I did try to make the beach sound like 5 am by M Huncho, so I tried doing a dark beat for the song, after I wrote the Hook and verse I asked Jack if he wanted to feature on the song. ￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼

Thinking of ideas for the track I decided to release a mix tape of daydreams part two. ￼

￼this song was written about my ex who i broke up with last year after finding out she had been cheating on me, so i thought maybe directing most of the lyrics at her after the amount of times she had gone behind my back and tried making me look bad. ￼

The background music did sound a bit like ‘Grass Ain’t Greener’ by Chris Brown, thought i may as well give it a dark trap beat for the subject matter.
