We're delighted to introduce you to our very first EP on our label, Crosswalk Records.
The original track, "Sunday" composed by the very promising Max Manie is available on soundcloud for some months already. However, to bring things to another step, Max decided it was time to expose his work to a broader audience. Combining the majesty of a vocal fulled of melancholia, with elegant production abilities, he created a magical atmosphere with his track. The release is an opportunity to bring some nice coverage to this jewel and some qualitative reworks.
The original mix got remixed by a gifted Austrian producer crew. From the new-comers KlangTherapeuten and Royal Ruv, to the already worldwide known duo Klangkarussell, the EP navigates through the waves of this pleasing feeling of summer that never goes away. Each remixer brings to the original track his own sphere of influence, which takes us to a travel through the Austrian deep-house universe.

Pünktlich zu Beginn der warmen Jahreszeit gibt’s für unsere liebste Luise ein neues Sommerkleid aus dem sie so schnell wohl nicht wieder rauswächst. Von ihrem vorlauten Freund hochglanzpoliert und rundgeschliffen strahlt das kleine schwarze Stückchen Gold nur so vor Gemütlichkeit. 
Mit Hang zur Berliner Feinsinnigkeit haben uns die Dürerstuben zwei warme Tracks geschraubt: Sonnenblut Am Platz der Perlen (A1) ist ein Sommerstrahler vor dem Herrn. Zur Hälfte gespickt mit der Schwermütigkeit eines langen und harten Winters in der Großstadt, zur Anderen erfüllt mit der Wonne der ersten warmen Sonnenstrahlen des Jahres ist dieser Track auf jedem Open Air das richtige Mittel alle noch so müden Lebensgeister zu wecken. 
Treffend als Hiphouse bezeichnet liefern die Jungs mit Tira Mi Su (A2) einen chilligen Track für laue Sommerabende in gemütlicher Runde und verweisen dabei auf ihre Wurzeln. 
Den Remix von Sonnenblut am Platz der Perlen (B1) kommt von unserem Freund und Kupferstecher, ostfriesischem Wahlberliner und Familienmitglied Constantijn Lange. Mit einer farbenfrohen Portion Clubanstrich ohne dabei den Vibe des Originals aus den Ohren zu verlieren lädt seine Neuinterpretation selbst mit Dach über dem Kopf dazu ein Körper und Geist in Bewegung zu halten.

Fritz Kalkbrenner, berlinese, è un DJ e produttore di successo, tra i più originali in circolazione. Ed è anche il fratello di Paul Kalkbrenner, quello del film “Berlin Calling” (la colonna sonora l’hanno scritta insieme – ve la ricordate “Sky and Sand”?). Fritz Kalkbrenner è un produttore di peso nel panorama internazionale (ha venduto più di 200mila album nella sua carriera ed è abituato al tutto esaurito). Ritorna sulle scene con un nuovo singolo, “Void”. I suoi freddi electro beat si uniscono ai suoni caldi presi in prestito dalla musica soul, una caratteristica tutta sua che ne fa un personale marchio di fabbrica. “Void” è una traccia carismatica, emozionante e forse anche un po’ malinconica. E c’è anche un remix firmato dall’italiano Spada che si conferma ancora una volta tra i più interessanti nuovi produttori della scena internazionale.
