The songs of the seven seas is a journey with mermaids, lost treasures, sirens singing in caves and pirates sailing on the waves looking for haven, its about true love, passion, romance, hopes and dreams, the never ending journey towards love and healing.
The alchemy of the album moves deeply into the ocean of despair and hope, healing and understanding that we are not alone on this quest.
Recordings are mostly made analogue on ms 20 mini, Orgon Enigizer, Blue Sky Reverb and they are caught in the moment channeled directly from the source.
It's a journey through eclipses, mercury retrograde, Pluto, the dark night of the soul, the burning of witches, walking through the ashes like Phoenix and finally the healing and restoration of The Goddess.
The album could no longer be called ambient and techno and this is the moment Fjäder walks into new directions bringing out her doom, drone influences. This is multidimensional and transcendental.

For release number forty we welcome Jamie Stevens back to the label. Since his Titans EP release back in 2020, Jamie has kept incredibly busy in the studio with a steady output of deep and expansive progressive music. Dorhue continues in that tradition with its cinematic and driving soundscape, a complex blend of drones and synths that slowly open and modulate over a unique and eerie chord progression. 

First up on remix duties, Oona Dahl delivers a blistering psychedelic interpretation with haunting vocals wafting over an acid-tinged bassline. Manjumasi co-founder Mark Slee rounds out the package with his Tilt Shift Mix, a deeper groove that puts a razor-sharp lead synth front and center, emphasizing the track’s clever melodic progression.

Jamie Stevens - Dorhue (Öona Dahl Remix) [Manjumasi]

As we turn the page to 2025, we find ourselves reflecting on the powerful moments that defined the Monument Festival last year. One such memory was the opening ceremony led by the incredible Sarah Wreath. A sonic experience that set the tone for connection, introspection, and renewal.

The intention behind Sarah’s live set was clear: to create a meditative space where festivalgoers could connect deeply—with one another, the natural surroundings of Veggli, and, most importantly, with themselves. It was more than music; it was an invitation to embark on a transformative journey, bridging ancient and modern worlds through sound.

Her performance blended electronic synthesis with acoustic elements, weaving together indigenous, ethereal, and psychedelic sounds. The result was a hypnotic tapestry of tribal ambient rhythms, designed to ground us in the moment while opening our hearts to new possibilities.

Central to the experience was the use of pure tones tuned to 432 Hz and 216 Hz, frequencies known for their cosmic harmony and healing properties:

432 Hz, often called “natural tuning,” resonated with the rhythm of the universe, fostering relaxation and emotional balance.

216 Hz, a harmonic counterpart, enhanced the meditative quality of the performance, drawing listeners deeper into themselves.

A standout element of the ceremony was Sarah’s use of a Chao Gong, amplified with a contact microphone and enriched with FX processing. Its deep bass frequencies (110 Hz) created a grounding effect, while layers of Tibetan singing bowls and other meditative instruments brought a celestial dimension to the soundscapes. Together, these elements formed a sonic portal—a sacred opening to the festival and the year ahead.

As we welcome 2025, we hold this memory as a symbol of renewal and intention. Sarah’s performance wasn’t just the beginning of the festival, it was a new beginning for all of us, a reminder of the power of music to heal, connect, and inspire.

Here’s to carrying that spirit of harmony and connection forward into the new year. May 2025 bring even more moments that resonate with the heart and soul.

Joan Granite (she/her) serves up a energetic, playful mix, a perfect antidote to these cold, dreary months. In regards to her mix, Joan says, 'I wanted to play around the idea of what it feels like to dance at Hemlock Hole - and this is as close as I could get to that. It's chock full of some (not all) of my favorite dance music producers that have influenced me and my sound over the years.'
