DELADAP's history is one of constant change, progression and the exciting search for their own unique version of pop. “I take one step forward and one step back/dance like crazy and I'm right on track/I'm a rocket on a mission, got no simple plan/just one big vision, people clap your hands,” they sing in “Merry Go Round.” Just like all pop music—indeed, all art—DELADAP want to bring people together on equal footing, get them to connect with each other and not necessarily tear down the artificial walls that separate us on various levels, but instead dance all over them. Omnipresent cultural pessimism is treated lightheartedly on the title track “Bring It On,” though they certainly position themselves against it: “Take my hand we're going out tonight/We'll be like cats and dogs and everything just feels right/Don't think twice, you've waited far too long/now take my hand the best is yet to come.”

The ESC’s sound is a powerful combination of vintage samples, electro beats, gypsy-jazz guitar, electric double bass, keys, live drums and dirty synths. Fronted by an engaging female double-act, who perform an extensive variety of vocal styles, the ESC delivers a consistently dazzling show.

'Remixed Vol.1' is the first of a 2 part multi-genre remix release of tracks from the 2nd album by the ESC; It Flew By. We plan to keep the Electro-Swing scene as diverse as it wants to be right here.

All the stops have been pulled on this release, with remixers taking the original material in all directions. The EP features a classic swing house remix of Hit & Run by the one and only Wolfgang Lohr, a killer Jump Up DnB remix of Remedy by Featurecast, some of the finest wobbliness from stateside Glitch Hop leaders SpekrFreks, an extremely heavy & haunting DnB remix of It's Okay, from some of the best producers on the DnB scene - Document One.
