Emmanuel top is back after 10 years of silence.

His unique sound expression will reach again the techno scene for some damages.

Emmanuel top belongs to the hall of fame of legendary techno producer. He has made many classics , such as Acid Phase, Turkish Bazar, Radio etc through his own imprint Attack Rec.

Played by almost all dj s all over the world, his name is a trademark of quality music and characterful music.

His Avant Guardist album Asteroid (94) on Novamute was a key album which influenced  many techno producers of today.

Emmanuel top had decided that its time to express again , and release now 2 new tracks on his old friend label ‘s Planete Rouge from Terence Fixmer.

This is just a beginning of a series.

Lightspeed

Background announces a series of tracks, with periodical releases, on Ribbon Recordings. The selected tracks reflect the style of the events organized by Background at the Ribbon Club. The first release will be "Call The People" by Alessio Pagliaroli. The single features a guest appearance from Jerome Stokes (vocals). The duo Pagliaroli-Stokes is not a new one, as they have already realized a vinyl record for the Berliner Moodmusic, which has received a considerable success among the djs around the world.
The style of the label will be outlined by releases that range from electronic house to techno. Two versions by Alessio Pagliaroli, the techno remix by Spencer Parker completes the package. His presence says a lot about the sound of this new series.

Flug lands on Suara for the first time delivering three original tracks that proves his fierce passion and overall dedication to techno music. After years releasing in labels like CLR, Soma or Mord, this Barcelona's based artist born in Argentina, boss of the infamous Insert parties, releases a very up-to-date techno EP that incluides remixes from rising techno stars Setaoc Mass and Locked Groove. This new release on the label, walks hand in hand with the current sound of Suara.

Berlin-based Irish artist Hybrasil delivers a high-grade debut album on Radio Slave’s Rekids. Since moving to Berlin Hybrasil has been an avid buyer of records at Hardwax, going to modular workshops at the cult Schneidersladen, attending Superbooth and Berlin Atonal, Panorama Bar and Berghain, whilst releasing his big, arresting techno sounds on his own eponymous label. Alongside this he’s been spending time in the studio with Radio Slave, who played Hybrasil's ‘Hathor’ in Panorama Bar which kicked off a three-month burst of creativity that led to this album. As such, the album is very much a product of the artist's time in Berlin and was written for the Panorama Bar and Berghain sound system and all who attend its dance halls.

The album takes off with the smooth rolling techno of'Hathor'; that gets you on your toes, while 'Come Back'; soon ups the ante thanks to the way Hybrasil twists and turns his synths above the rooted kick drums. 'Ceres'; then has edgy sustained chords and thunderous claps that will sound mega in a cavernous warehouse space.

'Orpeheus'; is a masterclass in economical but effective techno, with well-crafted hi hats, rolling kicks and vocal stabs all driving it forward. 'Ursa Minor'; traps the listener in unresolved loops that keep a locked groove, until 'Messier'; mixes up seriously weighty bass-drum thuds and Jeff Mills style melodic minimalism. The compelling LP completes with 'Igigi'; and 'Vela', two more astral techno rollers with celestial synths and devastating drum programming.
