Pale blue 淡蓝 is a track i've produced while in the residency Program Amplify Berlin under the mentorship with Marie Davidson. My first time fusing Darkwave sound with full lyrics in my mother tongue Mandarin. This song transcends boundaries and cultures, expertly weaving together my East-West identities.

The lyrics are challenging us to visualize the colors of distance in human love. blue is the color of longing for the distances you never arrive in. That is, the color blue represents the gap between you and the subject you can never reach, just like the blue in the horizon symbolizes a never-ending unfilled distance.

After this release it will be followed with two more tracks as well as an EP.
