Our guest for this show is Wexel. 

Wexel was raised in the swamp lands of Cavan, Ontario, Canada. In 2011 he packed all of his belongings into a suitcase and set out to Toronto. There, he DJ'd the club scene for the next decade until the beginning of the pandemic. He blends jazz, funk, soul, disco and rock with bangin' drums to create instrumentals for the acapellas that he and his fans love.

Here’s what he has to say about it:  Being a part of Miscé allows me to hear some of my favorites Hip Hop and R&B tracks in ways that give so much new life to them.  With this mix, I really wanted to highlight how big of a range you can take two different genres and make them into funk/house/and so on.  Plus, to highlight some of my own tracks and other producers that have given me new ears to some of my favorite tracks.
