Hey, Everyone I want to tell you something about my parents that they denied to everyone.
I called my mother for the first time in a long time just to tell them that I'm very mentality sick I called to let her know I was safe and this is what is going on. That I'm tiring to get help and I'm on short term Disability and that my doctor will not for any reason let me go back to work minimum 12 weeks max well forever. a year or so until sorry I don't have the energy to do this..
I lied for my parents my whole life. all my bruises. They used me to cover themselves. When I just wanted them to know I'm getting some help they said my Mental disorders I caused me that it was because of me what I cause by my own actions.....you don't get to lie anymore. You both are dead me more dead. You are nothing your voice is nothing I think I may have a thought of you. But I realize it's just a chip of you both beating the shit out of me from age 15 until I ran away when I finally told you about some of the rapes that happened you didn't believe you though I'm lying. your sick fucking monster If could put away now at my age I would still. Thre emotioal abuse your vurble abuse all  the sexuail abuse you just passed off. I hope rot hell.
Here's the fact I didn't cause my mental illnesses my environment did my parents did. 
They are still both Verbally and emotionally abusive and violent.

I will never visit you again 
I will think the words I love for either of you again
