Found some interesting Creative Commons piano samples, (by Miles Nottage on SoundCloud,) and thought it would be cool to mix em together and put a beat behind it. Isn't really a "hip hop" beat, but it was fun to do and thought it sounded pretty neat. Enjoy.

This has been a work in progress for a few years. I recently finished the lyrics, so when I get the time I will finish it. It's one of my favorite songs to play on guitar, very tactile and intricate.

It's a bit long, and a little slow but keep in mind this was recorded at least 2 years ago. It has changed a lot since then, and when it's finished hopefully it will be much better.

Eyes That Reach the Ocean (Acoustic Instrumental Demo)

Broke my B string practicing this with my electric, so I decided to brush the dust off the old acoustic to do my rendition of this song from the band, Explosions In The Sky (Go listen to em, you'll love them). 

The thing I like about doings covers is I can do what ever it is I want so I went above and beyond doing this cover, doing drums, adding things like strings that I think made the song fill out a bit more (being acoustic and all) and adding to the feel of the song (Lol used Kontakt's factory strings).

This cover is very special to me, and I hope you enjoy it.
