Made this a few days ago and decided to upload it on my birthday so yay. I'm not good at making melodies and composing, so feel free to suggest and comment about what to improve in my tracks, thanks.

Whenever I am here,
I pinch myself awake.
I remind myself: this is air.
This is body.
This is moment.

The present is a place
I must occupy again and again.

Equation: Pinch × Awareness = Presence.

To bring myself here
is to fill with what I see.

is to exist reality.

Head wants experience.

Mind orchestrates thought.
Spirit creates awareness.

Awareness asks:
how will you care?

Care is relation.
Relation is feeling.
Feeling is knowing
you are part of the deal.

Equation: Care × Relation = Awareness.

I am exercise.
I am rehearsal.
I am iteration of mind.

Each loop returns me
to the same place:
the present.

Equation: Iteration ÷ Time = Return.

Lights off.
Vacancy inside.
But vacancy is not absence.

Vacancy is rest,
sacred solitude,
homage to silence.

Breathe, occupy, care.
Exercise, iterate, remember.

Every presence is practice.
Every return is song.
Every now is eternal.

Presence is not once—
it is again.

Return is not failure—
it is fidelity.

To come back to the now
