April 13, 2021 Minnesota State University hosts an Undergraduate Research Symposium April 15, 2021 featuring more than 90 presentations. The virtual conference is coordinated by Professor Patrick Tebbe, director of the Undergraduate Research Center. Some of the research projects are funded by the Minnesota State University, Mankato Foundation as a part of the first-ever Research Month.

It comes from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture. The funds will go toward increasing food, gardening and nutrition education for youth in under-served communities.
