XAKK is back with its first collaborative release of the year, courtesy of Swedish producers Bjorn Fogelberg and John Keding. Both artists have been active in the progressive house and electronic music scenes for decades, with recent solo and joint releases on labels such as Dissident, RKP, ICONYC, Freegrant, Krafted, Hexagonal, and more.

Their new EP, Stellar, delivers three versions of the title track, each offering a slightly different take on the deeper side of progressive house.

The Original Mix features a steady, driving groove, rumbling low-end, and spacious pads. Airy stabs and restrained melodic elements help create a hypnotic atmosphere throughout the track.

The Sunset Remix moves into darker territory, adding more weight with deeper pads, dissonant stabs, and menacing yet warm synth swells.

Finally, the Sunrise Remix brings more energy and melodic variation while maintaining the depth and drive of both the original and the Sunset mix.

Björn Fogelberg is a Swedish Music Producer and label owner, with releases on XAKK Records, Dissident, ICONYC, Krafted, Freegrant, Hexagonal Music, Routine Espresso, Addictive Sounds and other labels. His journey into the world of electronic music began in the mid-80s when he learned how to make music on a Commodore 64 computer. He has released three full-length albums; 64 (1996), Karooshi Porn (1999), and Focus (2017). His music has been supported and played by many top-tier DJs over the years, including Armin Van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Yotto, Solarstone, Jaytech, DJ Ruby, Anthony Pappa, Ruben Karapetyan and more.
