For the music folks out there that might care—this song is comprised of just a single guitar or bass line, then vocals and programmed drums. Then of course a shitload of effects to fill out the sound. Sorta if Royal Blood or The White Stripes were just one person, that's what this is I guess. Remember when Jack White said Meg was his sister when they were actually married? That's sort of what's going on here but it's just me so it's not weird.

Clockwork

So I've really been enjoying John Legend's song "Who Did That to You?" off the Django Unchained soundtrack. I'm a sucker for songs that have that old Motown/Soul vibe. I noticed it was missing one thing though, that all great Motown and Soul songs have: a catchy bass line. So since I played bass I figured I'd play all over the top of this and try and add one. I probably just made it worse but who cares it was fun. I uploaded a similar version earlier, but I think this one is mixed and recorded much better. Enjoy!
