Shaheed Bhai Seetal Singh Mattewal, General of Dasmesh Regiment and Member Panthic Committee exhorts his warrior brothers to teach a lesson to enemy forces and destroy them who had surrounded Bhai Sahib's Jatha in Village Bolowali on 11th September 1991. Bhai Sahib along with his brother and saathi singhs attained Shaheedi on 12th September 1991 after a fierce 30-hour long encounter.
